Frequently Asked Questions

Do both Alaimo and Boyer work on my case?
We work as a team primarily and consult with each other on nearly every case. However, you will work with one of us to allow for a direct line of communication.
How do you charge me?

We generally charge a retainer that consists of an hourly rate. We encourage you to contact us so we can discuss the most likely method of payment, and provide a breakdown of possible incurred costs.

Do you allow me to negotiate directly with my spouse?
Once we begin the process, we highly recommend you negotiate through mediation to ensure you receive the outcome that is best for you and your family, should we avoid the courtroom. This will allow you both to make informed decisions and avoid contention.
